These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of SoloPipeline, a lightweight sales pipeline built for freelancers to manage leads, draft proposals, track follow-ups, maintain a commercial library, and review basic pipeline analytics.

By creating an account, signing in, or using SoloPipeline, you agree to these terms. If you use SoloPipeline on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. SoloPipeline uses authenticated workspaces so each user can manage their own leads, proposals, follow-ups, library items, settings, and billing information.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it when it changes. We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, security risk, or activity that violates these terms.

You keep ownership of the business information you add to SoloPipeline, including lead details, notes, proposal drafts, follow-ups, commercial library entries, profile information, and billing profile details.

You grant SoloPipeline the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit your content so the product can operate, including generating proposals, rendering reports, sending invoice emails where enabled, and syncing your workspace across authenticated sessions.

SoloPipeline may use AI features to help draft or regenerate proposals from the context you provide, such as lead details, profile information, and selected library snippets. AI output is a draft and should be reviewed, edited, and approved by you before it is sent to a client.

You are responsible for the final content you send, including claims about your experience, pricing, timelines, deliverables, legal language, and client commitments.

SoloPipeline may offer free and paid plans with different limits for leads, AI-assisted proposal features, profit analytics, and export reports. Plan names, prices, feature limits, and availability may change as the product evolves.

If paid subscriptions are available, subscription charges may renew automatically until cancelled. Billing information, invoice preferences, and plan details may be managed from the product settings or through a payment provider made available by SoloPipeline.

Taxes, payment processor fees, exchange rates, and bank charges may vary by location and payment method. You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply to your use of SoloPipeline. Billing questions should be sent to billing@solopipeline.com.

You may not use SoloPipeline to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, send deceptive or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with product security, scrape or overload the service, or use the product to distribute malware or spam.

You may not submit sensitive payment card data into free-form fields, proposal text, lead notes, or library items. Payment information should only be entered through approved billing or payment interfaces.

SoloPipeline is developed as a focused freelancer-first SaaS. We may add, remove, or adjust features, limits, pricing, workflows, or integrations as the product improves.

We work to keep SoloPipeline reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or security events may affect access from time to time.

SoloPipeline, including its branding, interface, software, design, workflows, and documentation, belongs to SoloPipeline or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the product to you.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the product except as allowed by applicable law or a written agreement with SoloPipeline.

You may stop using SoloPipeline at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the product in a way that could harm SoloPipeline, other users, or third parties.

After termination, we may retain certain records where required for security, compliance, dispute resolution, accounting, or legitimate business purposes. Account support requests should be sent to support@solopipeline.com.

SoloPipeline is provided as a productivity tool for sales pipeline, proposal, and follow-up workflows. It is not a legal, financial, tax, compliance, or professional advisory service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloPipeline is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for lost profits, lost opportunities, business interruption, indirect damages, or decisions made based on AI-generated or user-edited content.
