01
Scope
This Refund Policy applies to SoloPipeline subscriptions and billing features where paid plans are available. It should be read together with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
SoloPipeline is built around freelancer workflows, including lead management, proposal drafting, follow-ups, library content, analytics, exports, and plan-based feature limits.
02
Free plan
If you use a free SoloPipeline plan, there is no subscription fee to refund. Free plan access may include feature limits, such as lower lead capacity or restricted access to paid AI, analytics, or export features.
03
Paid subscriptions
Paid plans, where available, are generally billed on a recurring basis according to the plan, billing cycle, and price shown at checkout or in billing settings. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancelling a paid subscription stops future renewals. Unless required by law or approved under this policy, cancellation does not automatically refund charges already incurred for the active billing period.
04
Refund eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may approve a refund for duplicate charges, accidental upgrades, billing errors, inability to access paid features because of a SoloPipeline issue, or other situations where a refund is fair and commercially reasonable.
To help us review quickly, submit refund requests to billing@solopipeline.com within 14 days of the charge and include the account email, plan, charge date, amount, and reason for the request.
05
Non-refundable situations
We generally do not provide refunds for unused time in an active billing period, failure to cancel before renewal, dissatisfaction after substantial use of paid features, charges caused by inaccurate account information, or fees charged by banks or payment providers.
Taxes, currency conversion costs, bank fees, and payment processor fees may be non-refundable depending on the provider, your location, and applicable law.
06
Downgrades and plan changes
If you downgrade from a paid plan to a lower plan, the change may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period depending on the billing flow available at that time.
Downgrading may reduce access to plan-limited features such as AI-assisted proposals, profit analytics, export reports, or lead capacity. Your existing workspace data remains subject to the product limits and retention rules in effect for your account.
07
Payment disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact billing@solopipeline.com first so we can investigate. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback may temporarily limit account access while the issue is reviewed by the payment provider.
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy and the subscription records available to us.
08
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method through the payment provider that processed the charge. Timing depends on the provider, card network, bank, and country.
If a refund cannot be issued to the original payment method, we may request additional information to determine a practical alternative where permitted.
09
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy as SoloPipeline's pricing, checkout, invoicing, or subscription flows evolve. The version posted on this page applies unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
