- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Starter is free forever and includes the core freelancer workflow: leads, manual proposals, pipeline, dashboard, and follow-ups—up to 20 leads.
- Do Pro and Studio require a card for the free trial?
- No. You can start a free trial of Pro or Studio without a card. There is no charge during the trial.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- How do upgrades work?
- Start on Starter, then upgrade to Pro or Studio when you need AI proposals, higher lead limits, profit analytics, or more AI generations. You can change plans from the workspace billing settings.
- What is your refund policy?
- Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Review the full terms before purchasing a paid plan.
